Elizabeth Skees
Elizabeth brings 10 years of experience into her customized massage sessions which are tailored to the needs & wants of each client. Her top goal in any session is to join her clients in their individual paths toward health & restoration. She is specifically trained in Swedish, Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Reflexology, Warm Stones, Sports Massage, Spa, Stretching, and most recently: Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD). Whether it’s pampering or intense bodywork that you seek, Elizabeth’s Swedish massage is just as luxurious as her Deep Tissue.
In 2023, Elizabeth earned a certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD-C). By mid-2024, she will have continued her training specifically in Post-Cosmetic Surgery MLD, and she will have completed coursework to become a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT). Both of these will enable Elizabeth to better treat a wider array of clientele seeking treatment for various lymphatic issues- which she has found to be in great demand.
Elizabeth originally trained in Miami, Florida. After which, she worked for two years at a 4-star hotel spa in South Beach, six years at The Massage Center in downtown Lexington, and a brief stint in the Chicagoland area. In 2022, she returned to her hometown of Lexington venturing into her own practice- Grounded Massage Therapy- and partnering with Halo Salt Room and Wellness Spa.

Ashley Loucka
Ashley comes to us with 15 years of Massage Therapy experience. She studied at the Cleveland Institute of Medical Massage in Dayton, Ohio, obtaining her Ohio License in 2008. Ashley is newer to Kentucky and transferred her license here in 2023. Her background consists of working in Chiropractic and Rehabilitation centers as well as spa settings. Ashley also brings with her, managerial experience in a spa setting which means your service with her will be the upmost quality.
She is specifically trained in Therapeutic, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Prenatal, Hot Stones, Cupping, Sports Massage, Spa, and Stretching. Whatever your Massage & Health goals are, Ashley can help achieve them. Her clients often tell us that she gave them the best massage they’ve ever had. We’re grateful that have her on our team!

One 30 Minute Manual Lymphatic Drainage
- One 30 minute session working on targeted areas – not full body. Your first MLD appointment with us should be 60 minutes.
- For non-surgical and pre/post operative care to stimulate your lymphatic system promoting fluid reabsorption (reduce swelling).
- Service Provider is certified MLD-C and pursuing CLT status.
